L’ottava edizione del Forum Europeo della Protezione Civile si svolgerà il 4-5 giugno a Tour & Taxis, Bruxelles, Belgio.

Il forum è l’evento chiave per la comunità della protezione civile. Un hub per lo scambio di conoscenze, la collaborazione e il networking tra le parti interessate coinvolte nella protezione civile europea.

Il Forum mira ad affrontare questioni politiche e operative chiave, ispirare gli sviluppi futuri del meccanismo unionale di protezione civile (UCPM) e generare reti e opportunità di collaborazione nel campo della gestione del rischio di catastrofi.

L’evento è organizzato ogni due anni dalla direzione generale della Protezione civile europea e delle operazioni di aiuto umanitario (ECHO) e si prevede che riunirà più di 1.500 parti interessate tra cui governi, autorità di protezione civile locali, nazionali e regionali, operatori di primo soccorso e istituzioni dell’UE. , la comunità scientifica e il settore privato.

The eighth edition of the European Civil Protection Forum will take place on 4-5 June in Tour & Taxis, Brussels, Belgium.
The forum is the key event for the civil protection community. A hub for knowledge exchange, collaboration and networking among stakeholders involved in European civil protection.
The Forum aims to address key policy and operational questions, inspire future developments in the Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM), and generate networks and opportunities for collaboration in the field of disaster risk management.
The event is organised biennially by the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (ECHO), and is expected to bring together more than 1,500 stakeholders including governments, local, national, and regional civil protection authorities, first responders, EU institutions, the scientific community, and the private sector.

This edition of the Forum is based around the theme of ‘Shaping a disaster-resilient Union: charting a path for the future of European civil protection’. The event will be a key opportunity to look back at what has been achieved by the Union Civil Protection Mechanism, and to generate ideas for development, innovation and collaboration going forward.
